I ordered each of the deodorant varieties and had 0 issues with the other 2. Unfortunately, this one burned the moment I applied it to my armpits. I figured since I use a tea tree oil shampoo and have 0 negative reaction to it, that this deodorant would be a safe bet (even applied the shampoo to my armpits pre-emptively before ordering to confirm I wouldn’t have a reaction), but it unfortunately irritates the skin immediately.

I waited a while before I reviewed this item, because as with other natural deodorants, this “seemed” to work for me at first. I’ve tried so many different brands and find that after a few stressful, active, or hot humid days, they all seem to fail. But…Wow, this one actually works! I’m in my second month of using and it’s passed the test on some pretty hot/humid August days. I love the smell (minty fresh!) and I love that it has no white residue. It’s not perfect at stopping wetness (it’s a deodorant) but it certainly stops stinky smells. I really love it!

I used to make my own baking soda/coconut oil paste to apply as a deodorant, and it worked well but it was very messy. The same ingredients are present in this WILL deodorant and it’s in a proper bottle so it applies very easily and cleanly. I just love it!

I was very skeptical about this product but thought I’d try it. I was very surprised indeed. For one I found my under arm feeling smoother, more moisturized and soft. I have a job that can cause a lot of stress and stress sweating, I’ve stayed dry and fresh all day long. This deordrant doesn’t cause staining to your clothes. It took me a bit of time to adjust to natural mint scent but I will never go back. The texture of the deordrant is a little thicker, but apply after having a shower and it goes on smoothly. I have been wearing this deo religiously for 2 + weeks…..I have the Lime and Black Spruce fragrance. In the beginning…my outside did not stink bad WHATSOEVER and I stayed DRY. Now that more time has gone by I feel like it has lost a little of it’s effectiveness…the freshness doesn’t last as long and I feel like I have wet pits pretty early on and I have what looks like brown stains in my armpits.

My sister bought this for me. With other deodorants I’ve noticed that it wears off a bit after a few hours, meaning I needed to reapply or risk smelling not great by the end of the day. With this, all I smell after hours and hours is mint. Even after wearing it all day, being out and about at night, and sleeping, I woke up smelling of mint. Maybe its too strong a smell for other people, but I would rather smell like mint then BO. Plus, there was no irritation or rash like some other natural deodorants I’ve tried. If you like tingly minty fresh armpits then I think this would be right for you. It definitely doesn’t smell bad by any means, and it’s adequate in all other respects. But I think I’ll stick to my DIY deodorant and give this to my bf.

I’ve tried a bunch of natural deodorants and have yet to find one that actually lasts all day, till this. It is smooth going on and smells fantastic (think spearmint gum,lol) I love the cooling effect when first applying and it lasts through my 12 hour shifts no problem. I will be getting a subscription for this!

This is definitely the best natural deodorant I’ve tried so far. It smells minty and delicious, and it does last (but I don’t think I sweat too much in general). If I do sweat, it has a cooling tingling sensation. When I apply it, it doesn’t blend in well, so I just have to blend it with my fingers and that works a charm. The only downside to this is the price ($ CAD). I don’t understand when the company is based in Toronto, the products are made in Toronto, and I live in Toronto, why I pay the same shipping as US customers and I HAVE to pay in USD. With the current conversion rate, the price of this item is ridiculous. The only reason I purchased it is because of the 50% off the first order. I definitely won’t be buying this again at the current price of $30+ CAD (incl. shipping), which is shockingly overpriced for a deodorant. It’s a shame, because I found it to be great, but I’ll sadly be going back to my Lush deodorant after it finishes.

I am really enjoying this deodorant. However, the tea tree is a very active ingredient. Prepare to smell like it, and prepare to feel the tingling sensation if you ever lift your arms.
Ibd buy again, but might try a different scent. Great product!

I switched to this deodorant because I love the minty scent and a great alternative to other deodorants with aluminum, the only negative is that it tends to make my arm pits burn and I’m not really sure why. I notice it the most after 3 days of using it consecutively, so then I, unfortunately, have to go back to dove deodorant to calm the burn. :(

I’ve tried a few other natural deodorants and all them pale in comparison. The other deodorants caused redness and iching. The 02 has caused no problems and I love the smell. I will be placing an order for more. I’ve finally found something that works!

I bought this deodorant about 3 weeks ago, and had to discontinue use after the first week, unfortunately. By the end of that week, I noticed my armpits had become very hyper-pigmented and shortly after, I realized that the hyper-pigmentation was due to my armpit skin having burned. After discontinuing use, my skin was peeling for the next two weeks. I really wanted to give this deodorant a chance, and as my first natural deodorant, I had a lot of faith in it. The smell itself was a bit strong for me, and I didn’t particularly love it although I did enjoy the tingling sensation. As other reviewers have said, it isn’t that great at keeping you dry (not sure if that’s normal amongst natural deodorants), and after a few hours of initial application, I do start sensing a weird sweaty smell – not exactly BO but not a fresh feeling either. I’m not sure if my body just was not compatible with the ingredients in the deodorant, or if my body was maybe adjusting to using a natural deodorant and was not reacting well to it, but I don’t think it was for me. I still have the deodorant, and may give it another try in the future but will stay away from it for now.

Ok. I have tried 1000 different deodorants and mostly I use them once and throw them away. Truth is I really like antiperspirants but I know they are bad for you so my search continues. However, this one I’m still using and will likely repurchase. It has a nice smell, refreshing cool feel and it lasts about 6 hours. After that, I feel like I need to reapply. The smell fades to that typical sweaty hippie sent (that’s not good) unless you reapply. Love it but I wish it had a bit more staying power.

The product works well against odor, but not against sweat. I found I actually sweat more with this deodorant than with none. It also leaves some stains on clothes and white marks. I’ll only use this now with a tank top at the gym. The product is incredibly hard to apply compared to other deodorants. It’s tough and sticky, so it breaks off the stick easily. Warming it up first helps. A tip for using it – don’t apply directly after a hot shower. It will sting like crazy!!

I have been using natural deodorants for at least ten years so I have tried almost every brand from store bought to small online companies. This is in my top 3 for effectiveness at keeping me dry and odor free. The reason for the 4 stars is that I find it too hard to apply. I usually run warm water over it to soften it up which can be annoying. The steep price also keeps me from wanting to repurchase.

This is the first natural deodorant I have tried and I am in love! I have absolutely no odor at all when using this, and I love the mild scents.
I must admit there was a slight burning when I first applied it, but I attributed that to the tea tree oil, and my skin was not irritated.

As a light under arm deodorant, the 02 Natural Deodorant is divine. The smell is amazing and provides light protection .. for hard workouts I combine with 01 and the two of them together make an amazing combo .. I only have to apply twice per day and I don’t sweat (the bees wax in the 01 absorbs any moisture). I have tried so many natural deodorants and 01 02 are the best. No smell. No moisture.

I’ve always been one of those people that used super ultimate strength deodorants, and I just learned to deal with the irritation it caused. My body is really not a fan of the aluminum in antiperspirants. I tried a handful of aluminum-free deodorants in the past, and I felt like I just felt insecure and smelly by the end of the day. This deodorant has completely changed my life. I LOVE IT. I have told everyone I know about it since the first day I tried it. I feel fresh all day, honestly, I feel fresh for a couple days using this deodorant. No more itchy armpits! And I really love the fresh scent, it’s almost minty (I guess from the tea tree oil). I will say the only minor thing that I don’t love about this deodorant is the consistency. It’s a bit difficult to apply and I feel like I make a mess every time I remove and replace the cap…but that’s so minor. I can deal with it. :)

This is a very good product that doesn’t smell like typical $5 product from a pharmacy that you would smell in a locker room. I’m satisfied with this purchase, for I’ve got this on a sale. However, although it’s a very good product, find the price of 17.5 USD too hefty to repurchase. I’m not 100% sure, but isn’t this a brand based in Toronto? There are multiple local all natural makers that are more Canadian friendly and with prices in CAD on Queen West, so I’ve been trying those out. Maybe if WoW becomes CAD friendly, I’ll come back to try some essential oils!

I love this deodorant!!! I have gone thru a lot of different brands but none were any good. I love the scent and it last for a while. No need to reapply. Instead of applying like a regular deodorant which you use in the motion of up and down I use this side to side as it’s a bit sticky but other than that it’s a great product. I also have the post workout oil which I also love. Keep coming up these great products and I will be a customer for life!!!

So I was very excited about trying this product since it has so many good reviews, so I ordered it and waited for it.
The wait was too long, I guess is a popular item and they were out of stock at that moment. So when it arrived I could barely wait to use it.
The first days I really really really enjoyed it, the smell is amazing, the texture is not the best but I really enjoyed the ice sensation while applying it. I don’t shave and then put deodorant, I know that irritates the skin a lot. But after a week or so my axilas had a rash and were itchy, but one of them actually got crusty and very dark, like growing a scab, I don’t know what happened. I had to stop using it and it took a while for my skin to heal. I guess this product is not for me.

At first this deodorant was amazing and I told a bunch of people to try it. It actually worked and I wasn’t sweaty and smelly by mid day. I was able to put it on in the morning and it worked all day long and I never had to reapply it. I even enjoyed the smell although it was a little minty. After about two weeks my armpits were a little tender then they started getting swollen so I stopped using it until the swelling went away. After about a week and a half I tried it again and the next day my armpits were itchy with little red bumps on it so I stopped using it again. I am really disappointed because I really did like this deodorant. It’s been the only one I have found that I was able to apply once and not worry about it for the rest of the day. I’m not sure why it took so long for the reaction to happen. The deodorant was the only new product I started using so I know it wasn’t something else.

I have been looking for a new deodorant, specifically, and to incorporate products that are better for me and the environment, more generally. I was a bit hesitant when buying this deodorant because I was worried the scent would be quite strong/would prevent me from wearing perfume with it, if I wanted. However, I’ve had only good experiences! The scent is amazingly fresh but not overpowering, and although I can smell it if I lift my arms up I wouldn’t say its too much to wear alongside a perfume. The texture is fine by me–I’ve found it a bit thicker than my usual deodorants but have no problems putting it on, either because its too thick or its too melty. I wouldn’t say it keeps me quite as dry feeling as other non-natural deodorants, but that’s not a major concern for me.

The product practically melted when applying to my underarms and not in a good way…The product melted and never really absorbed, leaving a heavy residue that irritated my skin and left a red rash. Not for me I guess.

I have sensitive pits – even Tom’s of Maine irritates them. This product provides a nice tingly sensation (thank you peppermint oil) and leaves my pits fresh all day. Doesn’t feel as dry as traditional deodorants, but that doesn’t bother me. I’d rather have a natural product that doesn’t ruin my clothes or irritate my skin but prevents me from smelly like BO.
